The Plastic PP PE film washing line is an integrated recycling system designed specifically for the recovery of films from multiple sources, including heavy contaminants. It is used for the crushing and cleaning of waste films to produce pure, dry, uniformly sized diaphragms. PP PE Film Washing Line Feature:
- The whole production line is used for crushing, cleaning, dehydration, drying PP/PE film and PP woven bags.
- It has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, large capacity, low energy consumption, safety and reliability.
- This complete production line is fully automatically controlled. The layout is compact and the production efficiency is high.
- This production line is designed for the crushing, washing and drying of PE/PP film and PP woven bags. Waste plastic woven bags, dirty agricultural film, waste packaging materials and rigid plastics can be easily cleaned.
- PE/PP film and PP woven bag cleaning and recycling production line. The subsequent process (granulation system) can be coordinated, and the garbage film and dirty PE/PP film and PP woven bag can be made into new PE and PP films.
Typical film cleaning, crushing and recycling line consists of the following structures:
- Belt conveyor
- Pulverizer: Water crushing, so that the film size is reduced, while washing
- Screw loader: transport materials
- Pre-washing machine: Remove some gravel and contaminants
- Friction cleaning loader: high-speed cleaning, kneading, conveying materials
- Hot wash tank: remove oil, chemical reagents, some contaminants and detergents
- Screw loader: transport materials
- Cleaning tank: Remove chemical reagents, some contaminants and flushing materials
- Screw loader: transport materials
- Horizontal centrifugal dehydrator: dehydrate the film waste
- Pipeline dryer: dry and transport film waste with hot air
